Corporate Event Entertainment in New York

Themed performers, specialty acts and custom-built costumes for company parties, brand activations and galas — produced in house since 2010.

Custom wardrobe for the Moxy Times Square opening — the hotel's marks built into the garment

A corporate party is not a party among friends. The room is full of colleagues, and most people in it are aware that their manager is somewhere behind them. Entertainment that works here has to give people something to look at, not something to join.

That is what we build. Performers who fill a room without calling anyone out of it — an arrival, an atmosphere, one moment that stops conversation, and a look that belongs to your company rather than to a rental catalogue.

What we bring

01 — ARRIVAL

The first ninety seconds

The first ninety seconds

Costumed greeters at the door and through the lobby. The opening minute decides whether people read the night as a work function or as an event, and greeters move that needle further than anything else of comparable cost.

02 — THROUGH THE NIGHT

The first The stretch where events go flat seconds

Ambient performers, living décor, roaming characters. They hold the room between the speeches and the dancing — the hour that most corporate events lose, and the one nobody plans for.

03 — ONE MOMENT

A reason to stay seated

An aerialist, a fire act, an LED number. Booked to land at a point on the run of show — after the awards, before dessert — so the room has a reason to stay together instead of thinning out.

04 — THE LOOK

Built, not rented

Custom costume design and construction. Your palette, your campaign, your marks — patterned, cut and sewn in our own studio.

Your brand, built into the costume

When Moxy opened in Times Square, the wardrobe was not rented and relabelled. We patterned it, cut it and sewed it — headpieces, bodysuits, gloves — with the hotel's marks worked into the garment itself.

Guests photographed the costumes because the costumes were worth photographing. The brand travelled in every one of those photos, which is not something a banner behind a step-and-repeat does.
